From 2016 to 2020, we provided accommodation to several clients working at Kings Lynn Power Station and on the F-35 Infrastructure Programme at RAF Marham. Up to 11 units sourced with a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bed houses.
Nine Elms Tube Station
London
A total of 8 serviced apartments in zone 1 London, a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4-bed apartments available. These were ideal rentals for the Nine Elms Tube Station development just a short walk away.
Energy Recovery Facility Bedford
A medium to large scale energy infrastructure programme saw us accommodate an overseas client in a total of 11 apartments during 2020 and into 2021.
Hotel Redevelopment
North Yorkshire
A lease on an 8-bed guest house in the centre of Harrogate allowed us to accommodate the workforce employed at redeveloping Grantley Hall Hotel during 2019.
Modular Homes Installation
North Yorkshire
A collection of 4 apartments in the centre of Knaresborough provided maximum comfort and flexibility for several building projects in the area between 2017 and 2020.
Military Base Security
RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk
A single three-bedroom house was sourced for an 18-month project at RAF Lakenheath for a security access specialist working at the base.
